Refunds for Online Customers

You may be approved for a refund if you purchased JourneyGenius from our online store and the product is proven to be defective by JourneyGenius technical support department and/or duplicate orders were made at JourneyGenius online store. While these conditions are guidelines, all refunds are made at JourneyGenius sole discretion. Full refunds requests must be made within 30 days.
